I'm planning on running a mini-marathon (13.1mi) in April. I'm starting a 20 weeker in Jan.

wk 1-20 500mg test e
wk 1-20 600mg eq
wk 1-6 75mg tren ace ed
wk 1-20 igf-1 40mg MWF post workout
Possibly MGF throughout depending on how much santa is good to me this year


I'm wondering how feasible it is to keep or even gain size and train for this thing? Anyone here with experience please chime in :)
 
I do a lot of long distance running, marathons, triathalons ect... EQ has been fantastic for me, at that dose. I think you will see that the extra running/biking helps keep off a lot of that "saggy chin". Keep your water intake up and make sure to use a good AI. On Test, u should see a nice gain in size, and if ur diet and pct are spot on ull keep a good percentage, but its really important that u keep the calories counted correctly. Shin splints sucked for me when running on gear. Course i dont remember running when i wasnt on gear so that my be typical for me either on or off?
 
I think I would drop the tren unless you will be done taking it at least a few weeks before you run. I do notice (as some others do) it really has a neg effect on my cardio workouts. Not so bad that I can't do them but they are much more difficult
 
EQ is the god of cardio. I am not sure if using that much test and tren will help. I have never used tren but I have read that is best for sprinting, not marathons. Test never really helped me with my cardio very significantly. It may be an option to cur the tren and lower the test to 200-400.

Ulter's post of running & EQ is good. I am not sure if he ran test e or c though.

I believe the Tren will suck the air from your lungs when jogging.
 
I only plan to run the tren in jan and the first part of feb. The marathon isnt till april so it'll be fine. I'm just worried about making size gains while running several miles a week. Thanks for all the comments :)
 
o epo can be found...i am running it right now....there is nothing better for a fighter like me...let me train twice a day recovery is sick...cardio is rediculous

EPO is one of the most $$$$ drugs around but it is available....we've discussed this here before.
 
Do not run tren while training for an endurance sport. It is the worst juice for decreasing respiration. Also it seems that your test and eq levels are a little high. They might be allright if you juice all the time but if you dont you will put on too much size for this run. Clenbuterol actually works great for long runs in the 20-40 mcg range altough many in the bodybuilding field aren't aware of this. If you are set on a test/eq scedule like this I would do 300mg test per week, 300mg eq (maybe front load 500 first two weeks) and something like tbol to replace the tren or maybe nothing else. Also start with 20mcg clen once a week on the day of your long run (about two hours before running) and after 4 weeks and your miles have increased (and you're more used to it) up the clen to 30 or 40 mcg per week. This clen can also be replaced with albuterol tablets (salbutamol). Don't go crazy on protein during this process unless you are also lifting weights significantly. Lifting heavy and endurance training do not mix well, though, especially if your aim is to put up a decent time. Good luck.

How did you administer etc?

Do you have a crit machine?

What other supps did you take to make sure you did not get dehydrated?

Water intake etc?
