MAn, This Lady Trainer PISSED ME OFF last Night at the GYM

I went to the gym in a good mood ready to do back and low behold noone is on the lat pull down machine so I do my warm up set leave my towel on the bar and go to the can for a quick piss.

I come back and this older lady is doing it(not very well btw) with this blond mid 40 gym trainer coaching her. I go crap to myself and decide to do some rows on the back machine since there were already 2 45 lbw on each side so I do a set of them. After I finished I notice the lady was off the lat pull down machine and doing some funky lookin rubber ball crap next to it. So I thought cool I will finish up on it. So I sit down grap the bar for side wide grip pull downs and as I am grabing the pin to get some weight beside the big 20 lbs the lady had on it, the trainer looks at me and says, "we are not done with that machine yet" in a pissy tone.

My happy mood is now f***** up. This dude looks at me to see what I am going to say because he knew I was there first to and I get up I don't know why maybe for the newbie older lady not to get a bad experience when she is trying to shed all that extra flab but I do say, "well, actually I was on the machine before ya'll were". She glares at me and I walk beck to the row machine.

I finish back and start doing bis and I am doing dumbbell curls on the on the preacher curl bench and I noticed they walked to the row machine I was on earlier. The lady sits down and the gym trainer witch looks at me from 5 or 6 machines away and say "are you done with this"? Knowing full damn well I was done she was just making the comment because the two 45 lbs plates on each side were still on it(thinking I didn't rerack). I say,"yes(still bitiing my tongue) and those plates were on there when I started" She looks at me were her bitchy look and I enjoy myself as I was watch her struggle to shed the plates on the machine. I mean I watch her rerack everyone just smirking.

After I finished my last bi set I walked by them and let the biggest fart that I I could push out, walk two steps, turn around smile and then leave the gym. She made my workout an unpleasant so I thought I would return the favor.

Oh my god.... I hope you rotted their sinus cavaties with that fart. That is so awesome. Then you said "dang.... oops". That would have killed them.

Yes.... I used them, I rack them..

I'll even re rack DB's that someone left in the freeweight area even if I'm not using them.
 
You did vertical rows with just 45lb plates? Trying to get in the Iron Angels?

She was being a bitch about the pulldown bar though. Good tactic on dropping a fart bomb.
 
I don't know why ya'll do that. Maybe you should go around the whole gym and rerack everything why your at it then come over and do my laundry mr janitors. I do rerack dumbbells by the way that I didn't get down but not 45lbs plates.
 
I think a Fart Bomb would have been a better move than turning over the
money changing tables in Jerusalem.. What do you think curling ?

I never rerack the weights. I take them off the bar but then I roll them across the floor and see how far they can do. If a mirror breaks or someone gets hit in the foot with a plate I just pull my shirt down and distract them with cleavage.

the training shoudl have known that gym etiquette is if you are circuiting or supersetting you have to let someone else work in. You can't hog more than one thing at once. Unless you are huger than everyone else.

I hate peole that re rack weights. it makes it so I have to go tropsing all over the fucking place to find enought 45s before I can even get started. Leave at least one set on the bar please for cripes sake.

I do rerack weight IF I put them on but heck if I am going to take them off if someone else left them on. And I agree with you i think there should always be at least one 45 lb plate on all equipment because if you can't lift that you need the extra exercise of taking it off. :D

I am not going to take this from you. I was a total gentleman. Walking away from the machine that was mine in the first place. Then leaving again when she was a hag(so I turned the other cheeck twice now). Then she attacks me about leaving weights on that I didn't put in the first place was the last straw. As far as her struggling with the 45 lb weights if that is too much for her to lift she shouldn't be charging old ladies to train them in the first place.

And I didn't fart by her I just said that to make story funnier. I mean I do have class.

Couple comments.

If I get to a machine or bench and weights are on it and then I use them, I always re-rack them even if I didn't put them on in the first place. I feel that after I use it, that is now my responsibility. Someone after me wouldn't know that some other douche left the weights on. In your case it was 45lb plate, many women have a tough time schleping them around, leaving them on sucks.

As for the gas blast, someone did that at my gym yesterday and it basically cleared the area for a good 5 minutes. I wasn't able to figure out exactly who did it, but it was nasty as fuck.
 
Curling Iron- bro i think your a good bro but im thinkin the biggest travisty here is that your startin your back workout off with some lat puldowns instead of waited pull ups. you tryin to get big or tryin to get tiny cuz i think im goin with tiny.
only wings your growin kickin things off with some lat puldowns are gonna be found on some tampons. im a PT and do this shit all day so trust me, plus im big as fukkk. look up 'big as fukk' in the dicstionery and thats me smilin at you with the thums up
 
I always rerack if I use the weight. It doesn't matter if the weight was already on there since I feel it becomes my responsibility once I take it on.

Hey you're right. Pullups is the way to grow. But I am just getting back to it I have lost strength and gained 15lbs due to being out of the gym three months for a dang hernia operation. As soon as I can do pull ups that is how I will start my back workout. Till then I will continue to do the wussy lat pull down machine.

I actually would have, but that's just me. I can see where someone else wouldn't.
Dontcha just hate those semi trained gym employees? Since they're dealing with the public, they should teach them manners along with everything else.
