the training shoudl have known that gym etiquette is if you are circuiting or supersetting you have to let someone else work in. You can't hog more than one thing at once. Unless you are huger than everyone else.
I hate peole that re rack weights. it makes it so I have to go tropsing all over the fucking place to find enought 45s before I can even get started. Leave at least one set on the bar please for cripes sake.
