i know these 2 black dudes that work out and they bench everysingle day they're in the gym. they also max everyday. the one guy pretty big and strong and the one is bigger than me but not much stronger. does this mean they juice cause they can handle maxing everyday? no. it means that any retard with good genetics can wadle their way to the gym, do the most retarted workout and still look better then the guy that know what he is doing. not for long though. but this will create a wall that will never be broke unless their brain starts to function correctly and the proper techneques start to come in play.
Since it is a 'little" on topic... I thought that the ncaa only tested when big games came around, like at the end of a season??? I remember someone saying something like that. I am probably way off on that one though. anyone have some input?
gymnasts dont use AAS...the NCAA requires the colleges to test monthly for the sole reason that they do look like they are all sauced up..and because most of them go to the olympics...another reason is that these guys are only about 5 feet tall...so if you see and 18 inch arm of someone that is 5 feet and then an 18 inch arm on someone that is 6 feet...that is a big difference...also these guys are athletes just like football players all they do is workout..its there job
I don't think most use AAS. If you look at adolescent gymnasts they posses well above average muscle development. And if you believe such a physique is impossible to obtain, without AAS, do a search for Sig Klein, a BBer/strongman from the early 1900's who has a physique better than many gymnasts. Good genetics go very far... and pretty much only those with great genetics will make it to the elite level in gymnastics that you see on TV.
