Male Gymnast are fucking Jacked!

Saw some gymnastics show today on tv, and every one of the male gymnast from all of the different countries was fucking huge. No doubt they are all on the sauce.

These guys don't follow a normal body-building program do they? All of their events involve using their-own body-weight.

This post will probably get moved, but whatever. I just wanna say that these fucking guys are huge.

Wait you can't move this if I ask this.....What kind training routine and gear do you think these guys are on??

Oh, and the fact that they perform body weight exercises probably play a pretty big role in their hugeness...I see too many people lifting weights when they could be getting alot more out of body weight exercises.

I actually doubt these guys are on the sauce...for various reasons i don't feel like getting into right now.
 
Gymnasts are like contortionists- started early and young. Even when the olympic competitors are in their teens they have been training with their bodyweight for over a decade.
 
dude, they are not all on sauce, wtf are you talking about. I used to do gymnastics for years and most of the guys had great development starting at a young age. Just because a guy is big doesn't mean he is on juice. Jesus Christ!
 
Everytime I watch male gymnastics now, I keep getting the picture of Vince Vaughn in "Old School" in my head doing the Iron Cross with a cigarette in his mouth :biggrin:

Well their training routine is basically doing routines everyday, practice, and more practice, and maybe weights. The gear is this white stuff called "chalk" , that will make you grow like an animal, just rub it on your hands.
