making your own ECA

so, How many people put together thier own ECA , and do you find it just as effective as the rest of them?

and when putting them together how much does the cost usually run you?

Do my own. Better than the commercially made products because I can add specific ingredients(some prescription) that work for me. Much cheaper. The standard ECA stack of 20/200/325 costs about 20 cents.

ephedrine 25mg , 200 - 300 mg's of caffeine, and 1 - 2 asprins

go to one of these little gas stations or priveted owned food marts amd they are usually right on the counter,blue and white bottle,60 tabs,25mg Ephedrine hcl,it will say "mimi two way action" on the bottle,

i put together my own, though im having trouble getting ephedrine hcl, im gonna get a product called bronkaid soon which has 25mg ephedrine sulfate, which i was told is just as good. my mini thins are 25 mg. ephedrine alkaloids with 50mg. caffeine, so far though i dont get any wired feelings or jitterness.

there are many canadien sites that ship pure ephedrine tabs
and quite a few in the US that will ship a limited # to U, in most states with a faxed copy of your drivers license (no meth dealers)

Vaspro - Good source of HCL

Get VasPro - Netrition.com sells it for asthma. Vaspro is 25mg Ephedrine HCL per tab. I take it and add it to 200mg cafeine pills from Keiser. Anybody homemake a transdermal mix with Ephedrine HCL? I thought about it but not sure if the benefits would really be better..

would not be better.... no local activity and it has very good oral bioavailability

If I'm going for energy, then I use 25 mg ephedrine HCL and 300 mg caffeine.

If I'm going for fat-burning, I like comprehensive stacks like T2.

Actually, I would like to get pills that contain random herbal thermogenics and thyroid support ingredients like forskolin, guggulsterones, cayanne pepper, etc. I would add my own ephedrine HCL and caffeine.
