Making test E IM into a topcal?

I was reading a while ago on source check when it first started up on how to make Test E or whatever roid you wanted into a topical solution. Does anyone know how to go about doing this? There was a special medium yu use that absorbed the best and i cannot think of what it is for the life of me. I know I know sac up and inject the shit. I am not scared of needles and have been injecting myself for the past 5-6 years when on cycle. I know you have to buy twice as much so you can be sure you get the dose you want into your system. My question would simply be why would you want to if it is going to be more expensive what is the benefit? Kind of a waste to me.

im after the same question as well. All the kits are designed for IM injection. I think one has to cook the syno/fina down to a powder and dump it in plojel/dmso etc
