major pain

Yesterday I took 1cc of T-400, I shot it in my upper leg and today I can hardly walk! My whole body aches and I just feel like shit! I know that I shot into muscle and not a blood vessel. I have done T-200 and never felt like this. Any suggestions would be nice.
