Major Girl Problems... HELP

Ok so most of you would look at this a not being a problem. But it is a major problem for me.
Here is the story...
I was with a great girl for about 4 years. Living with her for a little over a year she desides that she is going to screw with me and not have sex with me anymore. It got to the point where we were sleeping in seperate rooms. After a month of this, I go out of town with the boys for a football game. I end up meeting a girl that weekend and hit it off.... Literally if you know what I mean. But it was so much more then that.
I ended up kicking out the 4 year girl because I didn't feel comfortable with her anymore. She had nothing.... no family, no where to go, no money, nothing. She was on her own. The new girl ended up changing her work schedule so she could stay with me for half the week.
When the 4 year girl isn't around, then the out of town girl is and visa versa. It is killing me because I think about them both all the time and I LOVE them both!!! I have been going back and forth now for 2 months with these two and it is killing me. Not to mention it makes me feel like an asshole because I end up tearing the hearts out of both of them every week. I can't do it anymore. I am ruining my life and theirs.
The 4 year girl is beautiful and recently lost a lot of weight and looks amazing!! Has beautiful fake boobs and a killer body. But it seems like she doesn't even care anymore. Probably because of what I have done. The only real problem with her is that she is not very affectionate.
The new girl is the hottest little thing I have ever seen. She is a bomb shell. She does all kind of modeling, promo work, and bartends and makes really good money. She is the most intelegent and mature girl I have ever met. She has a killer little body as well with perfect little fake boobs as well. She is extremly affectionate and bubbly (which I love).
Bacically I need to pick. Anyone have any experience with this before? Any advice for me?

Oh and I would post pics but some of you have probably seen the model before so I am not going to.

Grow a set and make ths choice dude not that hard. The one that cut you off from sex was most likely not happy in the relationship. I know I tend to cut off sex when I am not happy and trying to figure things out pretty much most woman do. There are however other situations that might cause her to cut off sex as well that are not related to you but for the most part when the sex stops there is a reason. You should have found out that reason before you started stepping out on her. As the cliche goes "you can't have your cake and eat it too." So make a choice.
 
are each of these girls aware that you're involved with both of them? I'm guessing the relationship with the 4 yr girl wasnt too good to begin with if you guys werent having sex and were sleeping in separate rooms. Maybe look at the issues in that relationship and determine if it can even be fixed, especially considering you cheated on her. If it were me, I'd leave your ass with a quickness.

And is the relationship only about sex? Wait until you get married and have kids. Right now, the best times I have with the SO is when we're lying in bed and about to sleep because it's a rare night when we get a good night's sleep.
 
my opinion, one of these girls needs to gain some self worth and self respect and leave you.
At least you can admit what you're doing is wrong.
I think what you need to do is leave them both (for now) and gain some perspective.
You may see that you want neither. Any women that would put up with her man seeing another women is lacking in self esteem. Not the base for a solid relationship.

See thinking with the right head is part of the problem. I use the head on top until they start messing with the other one. IT ISN"T MY FAULT!! But I am not together with either of them just back to the "seeing" status. But I have thought of doing what blue says and leaving them both just to straighten things out.

#2 girl - if she will cheat with you, she will cheat on you.

Just another vote for you making a choice. The longer you put off the decision, the higher the risk of your losing them both. And why should they waste their time with you? Don't let them waste good times of their life with a guy who is leading them on.

Problem is real life good looking pussy is always hard to give up that easily. For me at least... :worried:

If the 4 year girlfriend is withholding sex in an attempt to gain dominance or control in the relationship, kick her to the curb. If she tries to get back with you, tell her that such games of manipulation won't be tolerated. If you take her back and she does it again, end it for good and don't look back. Its NOT about the pussy, its about tolerating head games of manipulation. If she's that type to play games, let her go find someone gullible enough to fall for that sh*t, and go find yourself someone thats more emotionally mature.
4 years is a long time, though. Too long maybe to just throw it all away just because she won't put out. In this case, if she's doing it out of manipulation, ask her if she is indeed going to continue withholding sex. If she says yes, simply shrug your shoulders, say "OK", and turn around and walk out of the room or continue watching TV, or whatever. It won't be the reaction she was looking for, but thats the point. Let her know that withholding sex won't get her anywhere, because it shouldn't. If a woman wants to take sex from being an expression of each other's feelings for each other to being relevent to her own level of satisfaction in how the relationship is going, she better be prepared to give it up 3 times a day if the guy does and acts the way she wants him to.
I actually had this situation come up, and I reacted that exact way I just described. Once she realized that I didn't value her pussy as much as she assumed (I actually did, but I didn't let her know that), that was the end of that bullshit. She didn't bring it up again. Our sex life was great, and I think just blowing it off like I did might have hurt her feelings. But like I said, I'd rather hold my ground and not give into manipulation than give in and prove to her that she can control me with her snatch.

but for now, dump the first one- she withheld sex and if everything was ok, you wouldn't have cheated. she's only there cause she has noplace to go. give her the name of a shelter.

then play with the second one and then dump her when you're ready for someone stable.
