Made the decision

I'm 19yo, been working out for 4 years now, the last 2 years religiously. I have made the decision i want to do my first cycle. I have a few friends telling me mixed things, and thought i would come to you guys for advice.

I want my gains to be keepable but at the same time i want to cutt. Right now i am 204lbs, around 12% bf. I am currently a student so any affordable suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.

not yet bro, at your age you can gain that with diet and excersize, plus ur still growing, wait till ur alittle older.

Agreed. You wouldn't gain 15 pounds on a single cycle anyway.

At youur age you can do that with food and supps naturally. Check out BIG BLAST from www,proteinfactory.com You're also old enough for UNLEASHED. (Not recommended for anyone under 18).
 
everyone says to get this supplement and that, im tired of buying shit that promises all these results but delivers nothing a good diet can't.

ive made the decision, and i think you guys are misenterpreting the post, however thanks for your help so far...
 
uve made ur decision so theres no point in trying to talk u out of it.

not too sure of a cycle that benefits the pocket b4 health, but many will suggest a test e cycle only to start with. personally i would/did start with 10 wks of test e at 250mg twice a week (mon and thurs) and 30mg of d-bol per day for 4 wks.

just as importantly u will need a proper pct lined up. something like 4 weeks of clomid at 100mg per day week 1 then 50 mg per day for the next 3 wks.

i have heard mixed things about dbol, mostly that alot of what you gain you wont keep, aswell as lots of sides. have i been misinformed.
 
ive seen tons of people gain more then 15 pounds, research what u want to take man we really cant decide a whole cycle for u.If u wanna gain weight and cut
try Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - and test

Correct. Maybe 5-6 pounds will be muscle, 3-4 of which will most likely be lost a month later.

Hell, at 19, if you trained right and used the RIGHT supplements (not that GNC Muscltech garbage) you can put on 10 pounds of muscle by the end of the year.

And yes, your HPTA is still developing, so sexual sides can be permanently damaging.

Before you embark on this first cycle of yours... it's a good idea to check your hdl/ldl, blood cell counts, lymphocyte, hemoglobin etc. etc. just to be on the safe side. and dont forget to stack CoQ10, flaxseed oil, fish oil, liver guard while on cycle. We all know that it's mandatory but others tend to ignore the mandatory. you're still very young to do a cycle, but you've made your decision. GoodLuck!

like i said ive done my research on POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS i didnt make this thread so i could listen to you bash the idea, i came for advice because no matter how much research i do, it wont compare to what i could gain from you guys who have experience.

i went for bloodwork about two weeks ago my doctor said i am healthy as a horse, thanks for the heads up tho.
 
every steroid has different side effects but yet u ask what steroids to take? So what steroids have u been researching

why run clomid at 100mg ED?? how many times do i have to say that this is the main cause of people complaining about clomid sides, too high of a dose. clomid at 50mg ED for 20-30 days is perfect

roids arent magic.. at your age all you need is a 1000cals a day surplus and constant lifting you can put on 15-20lbs in no time...

when i was 205 i took in 4500 cals per day and in 3 months i added 17lbs to my frame... i averaged about 1.5lbs per week of weight gain all just from eating.. you wont get that with roids!!!

like i have been telling all the kids i did my first cycle when i was 19

have not grown since. Take some NO, Creatine, Weightgain, strict clean high cal diet, 5x5, and you will grow. Nelson offers great products too if your serious about weightlifting. Steroids arent magic like he said. Thats an adult decision.

even if i didnt grow any taller, i am 6 foot 1". its not a concern to me

Height isn't so much of a factor at 19, but the HPTA is.

The way I see it, you aren't interested in being a bodybuilder or an athlete. You just want some instant gratification.
 
that s not a bad cycle i prefer to use sustanon. the d-bol is not a bad idea for a kick start. i would keep the does mild around 30mg daily.

If you'd really done research you wouldn't be doing this at your age. It's just not worth the risk.

Steroids will give you some problems in one way or another.

I'm on a cycle right now at the age of 17 and i went through depression

for a lil over a week earlier on in the cycle. It sucked ass. I'm not saying you

shouldn't do a cycle because you can make your own descisions and with

that comes consequences, but you have to accept the consequences for

your actions later in life. I even made a thread about it when it happened . .

I couldn't agree more,is the instant gratification worth risking your entire fucking life's ability to naturally produce testosterone?

dude you're still way too young.4 years of natural training(especially since you've admitted that only 2 of them have been strict and religious in nature) isn't a goddamned thing considering your age.you want what you want,when you want it and how you want it.

gear isn't a magical thing substance that will automatically make you everything you've always wanted to be,what it can make you is a depressed dude that has to be on hormone replacement therapy for the rest of your fucking life due to your fucked up self centered decisions all in the name of instant gratification.think it over before you fuck yourself up for the rest of your life.

hey man thanks for the post, i appreciate your honesty. i have been thinking hard about this for awhile. i understand why some may thing i am doing this for instant gratification, but that isnt the case. i understand that this is a life commitment and so is my training. Going to the gym isnt just something i do in my spare time, its what i think about 24/7 and have since i started training. the reason i want to do a cycle is not to impress others or something along those lines.. its to help me achieve the goals i have set. I have tried my best to prefect my diet and routine, and i have tried various supplements, however i feel this is the one thing that will take my training to the next level...

from 19 to 21, i gained around 20 lbs
my bench went up 55 lbs
squat went up close to 70 lbs

use this time, when your hormone levels will be at their all time highs, to grow naturally

i wouldnt say uve been misinformed, every 1 has there own personal experiences with everything u could take, wat works for me might not work for u etc etc. its all down to how u react to wat compound really. sure theres certain points that relay to us all, but not every1 is the same. for me sides werent an issue at all. but thats just me (i may be lucky). u wont know until u try!!

dbol is a great kick start. test.e has an immediate effect athough u may not notice a change for up to 4/5 weeks, where as dbol has an almost immediate noticable effect which makes for a good start to a cycle. by the end of the 4 weeks dbol ull notice the test kick in. the discission is urs, but i would defs do loads of reading. when ur more knowledgable ull be able to make up ur own mind in which ull think wat would suit u best.
