Maddox2010's KETO BURN Log

As of Friday following Dieselbolan v2.0/RS Transaderm, I began my 4 week PCT. This was the very first cycle of anything for me. I was happy to see 9 lbs so far added to my frame and to see my strength shoot up like a rocket.

I would like to thank Cane for the opportunity to log this supplement from MR. SUPPS. As 3 tears were repaired in my right shoulder this past summer, leaving me to rehab it til February 1 when I stepped back into the gym.

To start off with I am 40 years old, 6' 1" at 223.5 lbs at approximately 20%BF.

I use compound lifts around 70% of the time. Quite intense and focused on the task at hand while in the gym.

I prepare my own meals and get between 6-7 feedings in daily. I eat very clean considering having 5 kids in the house.

Due to a previous ankle injury, my cardio is as non- existent as can be. If cardio would benefit the implementation of KETO BURN, please advise. I will do my best to accomodate.

Crushed legs today. Feeling SOLID!

Warmed up the hams with 5 heavy sets of curls followed up with sumo squats. Once done onto stiff legged deadlifts. Hit them for just 4 sets. Opted to finish up with 6 sets of leg extensions. Solid contractions throughout.

Followed up with standing and seated calf raises.

I love leg day! I know I'm not the one getting full on upper body pumps from them.

Continued progress, what's not to love.

Anytime I go the night without my 3yr old boy coming in a waking me is a good night sleep!

Notice this morning my abs have a tightening, doing legs yesterday worked my core very hard. I will definitely keep an eye on this, due to using Oxyelite Pro before and this took place then. Where my stomach is not relaxed but rather tense, where I notice myself squeezing the abdominals subconsciencely.

Railed through back today but noticed the bars slipping a bit in my hand, although I kept wiping them dry the cold steel still felt moist. Will incoporate wraps again where needed. Really feeling the speading of the wings if you know what I mean! Thinking of adding some pullovers, not sure if my shoulder would agree, but will attempt after properly warming up. Rows, rows and more rows!!!

This set up an outstanding bicep session. I went into heavy sets right away! Straight barbell, hammers, seated dumbbells, along with preachers had me so JACKED!!!

I hit light shrugs as my grip was beginning to fail. AGAIN, where wraps are so important!

Very hungry, and need to suck down plenty of water today.
 
Got to tell you, today with it being all dreary outside and alot on my mind, I planned on skipping. Suddenly the stars must of come into alignment. My wife suggested that I go to the GYM!!!!


She was going to take the kids and told me to get some "ME" time in! Hell I was not going to argue.

I popped a KETO BURN and headed out!

Glad I went! Workout was ridiculous. Straight out of the gate I cranked out 20 reps with 70's on incline db's. Not my intention to, but next set with 80's went up for an additional 20 reps! 2 more sets with 90's for 10 a piece was enough to complete the exercise.

Wanted to stabilize my shoulder so I opted for machine presses. That put my over the top. The contractions in my chest were followed by exhaustion and massive fiber recruitment. My chest was light up at this point.

Standing cables were enough to stretch me out, but light enough that I was squeezing not pushing!

Typical laterls for my shoulders, no guessing here.

Triceps!!!! Years of heavy close grips, JM pressing, weighted dips. They are my bread and butter. I noticed veins popping out on the outside today. Good sign!! There was no skin leftover to pinch when I was done. SWOLE!!!

Even though my head didn't seem to be in the game today, I was able to pull a rabbit out of the hat after all. Thx goes to my wife for the extra push.

Oh and crazy, my weight is down 3lbs. Better be water.

Another good option for cardio (if this doesn't put strain on the ankle) is incline treadmill walking. Just raise it up to 10%-15% and walk at 3-3.5 MPH. It gives a great low intensity burn. Its my favorite form of LISS cardio
 
Took the weekend off to handle things at Jersey shore.

Monday was an added day off due to a sick kid in the house.

Legs went as planned except I did not plan on hobbling out.

Heavy legs curls, followed by squats. Again heavy extensions to round out legs.

I wanted to try a method described and linked by a mod or member here, sorry can't remember. Called "killer calves".

Well this is contributing to the hobbling today and most likely tomorrow!

Got my cardio in this weekend insulating and drywalling, on reduced calories due to 6am-8pm schedule. I can't wait to see how I feel tomorrow. Need water feel very thirsty. My energy has not waivered a bit which is great!
 
Woke up feeling really trim in the waistline this morning no bloat. Must be the milk that is doing this. After rushing around getting kids off to school, I realized I didn't eat, damn!

As It didn't bother me too much when years ago that is how my 6am workout went.

Wake- workout- eat. That was then.

Well I did function fine throughout but forgot my wraps, as today was back, bis and traps.

My back has really responded since getting back in the gym, making a huge difference in my appearance. Today again if I was able to hold onto the weight I know my back would have come thru. Though this tells me grip work is needed now that the numbers are going up!

Strong contolled straight bar work today. Not overly pumped but strong nonetheless! It wasn't til seated hammers that my arms began to swell. Leaving me to hit preachers last with great blood flow. Arms at that point felt incredible.

Today for me at least, is evident that KETO BURN is working.
 
Yesterday I trained on a tight schedule, but yet a satisfying workout all the same.

I opted to start with the bench press. For now at least, this will be the staple of my chest routine. My confidence has increased over the past months in my shoulder to feel comfortable again going forward. I first did them again a few weeks ago with 225lbs for 4 sets, but the controlled reps that I was use to was n't there. After warming up shoulders I pushed cleanly up to my last set. Felt a sense of accomplishment not having to throw the weight, but lower pause push consistently.

Tris, I can say were smoked and having tri work still left to due, I decide closegrips for today were out.

Picked JM presses on a smith machine to lock my movement in. This allows me to use as much weight with out sacrificing form. Vbar pressdowns were followed then by reverse extensions one arm at a time.

Although under the gun for time, this was an excellent workout. PCT for me is going great! Libido, ha, my wife wishes I didn't have one. I am always READY.

How is it on your appetite? Is it the same or does Keto burn crush it a little?
 
I have noticed slightly that I must make it a point to eat, as lately as this past week.

Where I was truly eating on time everytime as scheduled prior to pct. I feel less of a hunger, not use to it.

Well Monday I hit chest. BIG NEWS, no personal records, however considering for what I feel has been a great introduction to PH's, PCT, OSTA and KETO BURN, I couldn't be more pleased.

I worked up on the flat barbell, first 135-185-225x12, then again working 275 for 5 sets of triples. Still had gas left in the tank, and my shoulder felt great. I have only ever pushed 370 for 3, so for me this is progressing. Finished up chest with other movements. Shoulders and tris to round out my workout and I called it a day.

Phenominal, with fasting and running KETO BURN in the morning, I have noticed that I have plenty of energy for my workouts. Just that my mouth gets really dry. So drinking plenty of water is essential.

Can't say enough about my positive attitude. Things just seem to be falling place! My libido is off the hook as well.

Tomorrow is the last day of my PCT, and I am looking into running a sarms stack up until my next run. I will again continue with KETO BURN and log accordingly.

Pct finished yesterday. Final numbers,
Bw - 219.8 this morning prior to eating and working out. Bf- 18.6%. Lost 1 1/2 inches in my waist.

I will take it. That's nearly 5lbs of lbm considering I started run at 214.5lbs at 17.9 bf. I am quite happy, especially as my strength is coming back, however the numbers for me represent change, i have to admit at this point the strength increasing is what motivates me!

I will continue to tweak so that my BF is much lower prior to starting again.

Approx 11 days of KETO BURN supply. I will keep u up to date.
 
Holy smokes, started DC today, haven't train 1 exercise per muscle group to failure in quite some time. Reminded me of Mentzer/Yates days.

Utilizing Keto Burn prior to 1st meal, 2nd dose of Keto was an hour prior to workout.

I hit all my rest-pauses on the money when picking lbs. Once I get the hang of it, I can see nothing but gains. I was definitely spent after 1st rp, and the having to pop 2 more, damn!

nice man.. am curious what your before and after body fat and strength is up to now

Was 17.9 before dieselbolan and 18.6 after pct.

In terms of strength, across the board my numbers appear to be going up. Im excited to say I hit 275lbs as my working rest-pause set. 9,4 then 2. Don't get me wrong, I was smoked!!!! Any specific lifts ur looking for?

With this program though I need to step up my game and really hit cardio. My only problem is that it affects my mobility the next day after mowing the tlawn, let alone cardio days. I guess that Is why I have neglected it so. Hoping triple sarms prior to next run puts in as much work as me.

Thx for checking in Steve, I read everything u post, and find it refreshing to know if I need any info, you would be 1 of the sources I would hit up first.
 
Straight up exhausted! Balls to the wall! Nearly lost it on the widowmakers. Was hitting my15th rep and it was almost LIGHTS OUT! I buckled down and only got 2 more.

Really nothing to say or do but feed and rest. I have a feeling I will need it.
 
Nicely done. Keep up the hard work and g at it. And make sure to rest and refuel. Too many still overlook the omportance of recovery time.

According to DC parameters I hit
Incline bench, upright rows(first time in over a year) a little worried at the beginning. Great for my shoulders!!! Stayed tight.

Heavy weighted dips- this was the real test! Did bw for warmups then bw +50lbs for my rest-pauses. Wooohoooo!

Followed up with wide lat pulldowns and seated rows.

Mind u all i am taking in at the moment is KETO BURN and I feel and look STRONG. Ok strong by my standards. I am just a little guy so be easy!

Anyway crushing it! Tons of energy after a fasted eve/morn. Not feeling drained at all.

Anyone else's breaths go so fast during rest-pause. I'm still sucking air and back to the bar I go! For right now I will continue with M-W-F as I adjust to DC. This atm is plenty!

Size is relative man - I am 6' 205 but my bodyfat is only 11% so look larger than that.

Catching up after a multitude of gatherings and child parties the family had to attend this weekend. This has been the first time in nearly 16 weeks that I was at the mercy of someone else's cooking/or slop. I did what I thought was an excellent job at refueling and being picky at the same time.

I will tell you that the combination of a FASTED DIET and KETO BURN has bee instrumental in reaching my goals!! I am having incredible focused workouts and lately with DC, damn exhausting one's!!!!

My overall definition is improving before my very eyes. Vascularity is also on the up and up. I am past PCT USING ONLY KETO BURN, and I am KILLIN IT!

I have had absolutely no issues with any sides while utilizing any of the products that I have mentioned during this log. In fact ,KETO BURN will be following me until something proven to me is better!

Anyway yesterday I hit biceps, forearms, calves, quad and hams.
These workouts are no joke! Let's just give u the example of me not being able to walk down the stairs because, first it took me a while to get to them, haha! Then getting down. I was afraid of falling no shit.

The workout is serious.

Well in closing, thanks Cane, for opening my eyes to what is possible! Having this opportunity to log for Mr Supps was awesome. Your crew are quite generous and your products stand alone.

To everyone that intentionally or accidentally found this log, know that I am thankful that you stopped by.

. I am glad however that I built this base through many many years of hard training, and I have already noticed incremental changes in my physique that I attribute to great training, plenty of rest, a good diet- not great(areas that need some improvement), and excellent supplements.

Keto Burn. For me, a very important product. I utilized this product in an attempt to offset my reduced ability to do cardio.

My diet during this log has been very clean. Fish, chicken breast, tuna steaks, Oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes and a multitude of fresh or steamed vegetables. I did feel at a point where bloating became an issue. I removed 1/2 my intake of greek yogurt , and replaced milk with water 2x's a day for my shakes.

Once I got passed that issue I was able to see my midsection shrink gradually, but noticed that my definition all around had been affected. Upper chest, shoulders, arms and even my skinny calves.

Keto Burn although showing me visual results I would have to say my energy levels were affected the most. I was training HARD on an empty stomach with my last meal approximately 12hrs earlier the night before.

I had the most productive workouts while supplementing Keto Burn. Keto Burn allowed me to put all my effort into training, it is NOT a replacement for a PROPER DIET! I made gains consistently. A product that helps to block CORTISOL, what more could you want.

Keto Burn in my eyes is a MUST HAVE! My pct went awesome with the implementation of this product, although Keto Burn is not just for pct.

I urge everyone to think before planning ur supplement purchases without KETO BURN. It maybe exactly what your looking for.
 
great work bro... i feel keto burn is a pct staple... some people get it confused as being a fat burner, when in fact it helps control cortisol, which can be a big problem in pct for some... It has plenty of other benefits but as far as pct, this is where its most effective... I am really glad that you enjoyed it and it helped you so much.... Its great to see progress and I hope you continue to work hard and achieve my goals...
