Got your PM. I've been really busy and to be honest, my time is severely constrained over the next month or so. PM is cleaned out. Take a look at DFHT and see how that meets your needs. You could probably run a staggered cycle of them. Plan out 2-3 back to back (something that gives you 8-12 weeks or as desired). Begin lighter for acclimation and then start really pounding (so if running 3 cycles make the first one more tolerable and then pound hard on the next 2 deloading well enough for recovery between them. Plan out the exercises in rough form and then adjust on the fly as needed. Anyway, hopefully that helps a bit. I wish I could do more but between family, work and relocation I'm really not going to be very active here in the near term just due to sheer workload and commitment.
