I am about to get out of my office for lunch. I will run down to the corner store and get some beef jerky (plenty of protein, no fat or carbs) and a diet coke.

Dont forget that all that sodium is really bad for your heart. are you taking niacin? its a vitamin that helps decrease atheroslcerosis.
