Lunch Time!

What is everybody doing for lunch today?

I'm eating at my desk, I'm gonn have a chicken breast and a cup of rice, that I made last night. I think I'm gonna put some Heinz 57 on the chicken, and maybe eat a granola bar for my sweet tooth.

Just curious to see what the Elite fitness folks do for lunch

I am about to get out of my office for lunch. I will run down to the corner store and get some beef jerky (plenty of protein, no fat or carbs) and a diet coke.

I'll enjoy talk radio while I'm in my car.

Smoked peppered turkey breast on 9grain. I was in a rush this morning and didn't have time to pack much food so I ordered in.

Do you cook your meals the night before?
And if you do, do you heat it up when you eat it, or eat it cold.

I have no microwave at work, so I cook it the night before, and then before I leave for work, I microwave it, and it kinda stays warm by the time I eat it.

I probably should, but I don't. I drink plenty of water.

I'll probably take in 1000mg of sodium with about 30g of protein, 6 carbs and 3 fat.

Hey sexy lady, you know the last time there was a thread about food, you gave the same reply, is it just a coincibence, or do you eat KFC like every other day?
I don't know how you do it, and maintian sucha tight body. I guess that would be classified as the 9th wonder of the world.
