My 3rd cousin just died of cancer. It started in his scrotum when he was about 20, and then started spreading throughout his entire body, liver, brain, lungs, etc.. He was 26, he must have died 2 weeks ago or so.

Get it looked at man.

Go have it checked out right away...

Odds are it is nothing serious, but even if it is something bad, early detection is key.

Just wanted to add to my other post . I was told by my Urologist if the lump is moving inside the scrotom, and does not feel like its attached to the testicle it's self, Then more than likely it's a cyst....

well...just to add to the others...don't waste your time here. go ASAP to get it checked. Chances are it ain't serious, but you'll likely need the ultrasound to confirm. The ultrasound is no big deal at all to have done.
