I just went to a urologist to get one checked out a few weeks back and I would reccomend it. Its better than worrying if its cancer or not, all while telling yourself after the worry "its problably nothing."
As soon as he saw what I was talking about, the doc said it was problably a cyst, but had me go get an ultrasound for confirmation. The ultrasound confirmed that it was a cyst on the epididymus. Its amazing what they can see w/ an ultrasound. You can even see the bloodflow into each testicle, which can also help determine if you have cancer there or not..
Cysts aren't a serious problem (nothing warranting surgery in my case @ least) unless there are many of them and/or they get big enough to cause local discomfort.
Go get it checked out ASAP.

think u can get a calcium deposit there, or something similar. Get it checked out, but don't stress too bad till u know what it is. Take care.

if it is cancer, and you catch it in its early stages, its something like a 99-100% survival rate. Look at tom green

it could be just about anything, epydimal cysts, spermatic cord lipoma, hydrocele...or cancer, but all of them are treatable if you go to the doc, right NOW
he can run blood tests for them, should be able todo it same day and also US-scan you...and he'll take you from there. but seriously dude, go to see him, nothing else has a higher priority until you get a diagnosis
(ps they can cause gyno, but there are lots of other causes too. go see a Dr and let them sort it out)

You need to get it checked out ASAP.... I had one a few years back. Went to my Urologist, had an ultrasound done. They couldn't determine what the lump was, so they it removed....not a fun thing. Especially how they have to get to it .... 
It was nothing but a cyst. It has since returned. You don't want to mess around with stuff like this, get it checked out.

Just wanted to add to my other post . I was told by my Urologist if the lump is moving inside the scrotom, and does not feel like its attached to the testicle it's self, Then more than likely it's a cyst....
