I dont think so. All and all i feel great.

I always feel clen on the first day that I up the dose when ramping... A bit gittery and irritable.

Im drinking close to 2 gallons of water a day and still a little dehydrated. But thats hardly a side as far as im concerned.

thanks bro, i should be getting my body fat tested again this weekend. That will help me re-evaluate diet and cardio needs for the next month and serve as some important feed back... because the scales just keep going up :evil:

something may be negatively effecting my cardio... im not sure what? does t-3 do that? the katana? Also, shoulder pumps are making kickboxing, work and grappling very hard.
