Okay, let's see if I can keep this up everyday.

AS OF 12-24-04:
Weight: 120
BF: ? (will get skinfold this week, although in the past not accurate)
Training:
- Limited due to shoulder surgery in September.
- Still in therapy and will be for another 6-8 weeks.
- 3 weeks ago was able to get back to an almost normal leg program. However, I still can't squat and I can never do SLDLs again. Doing 5x5 for legs to get some strenght back.
- Back/shoulder/chest limited to PT program
- Arms just getting back into normal routine, but need to be careful b/c bicep tendon goes right into surgical site.

DIET GOALS:
Cutting diet with equal ratios of fat/carbs/protein until I can get back to normal training program.
Calories: 1320
Fat: 49g
Carbs: 110g
Protein: 110g

12-28-04:

8am:
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
1 cup OJ

9:30am
Tall coffee (1/2&1/2 and equal)

11:30am:
1 oz. Rye toast crisps

2pm:
4 oz Meat Lasagne

6pm:
1/2 ham sandwich w/ 1tsp mayo on multigrain

9pm:
Syntrax Nectar Protein shake (zero carb)

10pm:
8oz chicken breast marinated in italian dressing
1 cup broccoli (tiny bit butter)

Water = 1 gallon

Didn't do so great today. I usually have to wean myself back into the cutting diet or I feel sick.

Still have to put this in my spreadsheet, then I will update with totals for the day.

7pm TRAINING:
Arms (limited and low weight) and PT program for shoulders/back/chest.

Hehe I've done that with tequila too... love good margaritas! Don't worry, for the most part I drown my sorrows in the gym. It's my stress relief and it also allows me to sleep at night.

Right now I'm trying to fight of the urge to go get a smoothie from Amazon Cafe. This cold just makes me want one and my throat is starting to hurt. I may go try to get a small one with the least amount of carbs (also one just with ice and no sherbert or yogurt). Or I may just continue to fight myself all afternoon.

Just my 2 cents..... I find when I have a "craving" that it's better to allow myself a small portion of what I want -- otherwise I binge later...... Don't know if you're like this or not......Like you said, have a small one and pick the healthiest....

Actually my target is 1320, I'm doing by x11... so it's even more perfect ;). I'm getting a bit frustrated right now though because of this damn cold. I really hope it is over by the end of this week. Not really sure that I should go to the gym tonight. The sore throat started last night. 3 weeks of this nonsense. Very frustrating since I'm so psyched to get back on track.
 
To go to the gym or not??? I feel a lot better this afternoon. Sore throat is mostly gone. Should I take another day of rest or just go? I really don't want this cold bouncing back again.

Mistakes of the day: should've had a small chili instead of large, but was starving. Wouldn't have gone over calories then and would have only been about 4g over on fat. That or I could've ditched the sunflower seeds and would've been under cals and fat.

Same here - I actually can take 2mg and be fine. I only take 3mg when I have extra time to sleep, otherwise it knocks me out too much, I sleep TOO heavy. :)

I'm not doing very good with diet... I keep going over calories. I'm just so hungry. I just started getting back to lifting since the surgery (I didn't have problem sticking at 1320 before that). This could be the reason I'm so hungry. I'm going to try to keep aiming for 1320 and see what happens. Maybe I should be doing maintenance now and then go back to cutting after I get used to be being back at gym? Thoughts?

The T-Rex will be great for helping with appetite. I would definately spring for this now, esp since you are struggling with food intake.
 
Was out of town for work yesterday and today (and didn't take my computer... felt great to be disconnected for a change). Anyway, will start posting my food again tomorrow. Yesterday can be my cheat day. Today I had a stomach bug, so I just ate anything that even sort of sounded good since I had to make it through a plane ride.
 
Finally ordered more Thermorexin. Hopefully this will help, although last time it made me extremely hungry. We'll see.

Thanks skittles and Jen. I think the definition in my second pic is b/c of the PT for my shoulder. A lot of it focuses on scap and mid-back b/c I have weakness there from so many years of compensation from the shoulder. The rest of my body is just getting back into the swing of things.

One day my ex asked me why I don't work my back (I was premature as far as how to work-out), I would just say because I can't see my back so why does it matter? Yeah I laugh at that now.... Needless to say all he did was laugh and walk-away.

Went to PT 1:30pm: We just changed my program to focus more on rotator and scap work. So mostly bands and PT assisted stretching (she has to block my shoulder).

Pizza wouldn't be the thing for me either. My family orders it every weekend and it's a rare occasion that I feel tempted to join in. Better to wait for a big fat brownie or a bowl of ice cream ;)

Alright, I didn't like my BF%. It came out to 25%. Here are the folds:

Tricep 1st: 22; 2nd: 23 (another girl tried it and it came out 19 then 20, but the ab and thigh measurement came out higher so it evened out)
Ab 1st: 11; 2nd: 13
Thigh 1st: 29; 2nd: 29

I just don't look like I have that much fat. When I had training pics posted a year ago on here everyone thought the BF% that was give was too high. I dunno. Maybe I just carry it well.

Pix on page 3 or 4 - Your NOT 25% - that is competely off!!! You look very toned/fit, no-way your at 25% - Tell both those 2 to eat your ass...

I think Shadow told me there may be less room for error in a 3 point (correct me if I'm wrong) It's very wrong - how did they calculate it?

No wonder women worry so much about their bods - because of morons like them....
