Our bodies can burn fat as a fuel, but there is no way to get around that GLUCOSE is the bodys preferred fuel source.
Most definately brain function can be hindered on low carbs and this is why i think keto diets have their place, but only for limited time periods.
Its just not a practical approach to low carb it for the rest of someones life.
