Lowering test dosage

My friend is currently running a cycle of t4 and anavar. He has been injecting 800 mgs for 3 weeks now and has about 4 ml left. He is wondering if it is bad to lower his dosage so he can run it for longer (to about 300 mgs a week). I hear that it is not advisable but I want to know what you guys think.

Sounds like he didn't plan out the cycle very well.
evan at 300 assuming it's 250mg/ml that's only a little over 4 weeks left which is not enough to do it right.IMO

the dosage is 400mg/ml, he has 4ml's left
