Lower Pec Development...

What are some of the better excercises to bring up your lower pecs. I seem to have all outside/top development, not much inner or lower. I really want to bring them up, but Im scared to just start trying new things and make mistakes. Any help would be great thanks guys.
 
alot of people will say you cant really work "lower pecs" cause its one muscle, but try doing dips if you dont already do em
 
I read somewhere that lying flat and holding a dumbell with two hands, then bring it from behind your head to your stomach while keeping arms straight can make an impact but Iam not certain...
Anyone else?
 
dips, decline bench, any motion that brings the elbows in and down like flexing your pecs for the ladies. I have a hard time working my lower pecs, as my lats want to take over the motion.

If you want to spend some time just to work them, do dips leaned forwards a touch. At the top of each rep really squeeze those pecs tight and lift your body as much as possible (without using lats). Focus on using the chest to lift your body instead of the tri's. Breath in twice per rep and you will get an extra stretch, just dont pass out.
