Lower chest

If your nipples are sticking out, you could have some gyno for adolsence. It is somewhat common. Your lower chest should increase in saze as your overall bench increases. I am not sure if I would say certain exercises will really factor in that much. If you are experiencing like puffy nipples, that is something that does not go away with training more than likely if it is gyno.
 
- DB Flat bench
- BB Flat bench
- Hammer press, if you happen to have one of these machines at your gym...its seat has a slight recline position and the handles come in 'low', much more so than the straight out in front hammer chest press. This machine works the lower pecs.

The DB decline press is a good suggestion, although I never really did any decline movements myself as the flat bench options always seemed to take care of that area.

Cable flies... :) lol
