Lower chest

i got a wickeddd upper chest but the lower chest just isnt there which makes my nipps pop out like crazy...what are some good exercieses for the lower chest
 
I know of a few exercises that really bomb that area. You do need to be careful because if you pull something in the arm pit, it will really mess up your training. Just go slow and feel your way through the motions.

(1) Decline bb bench press. You only need about 15 more degrees...not 45.
(2) Decline db flies ... strict and slow.
(3) Dips ... chin down, slight lean forward.

If you are looking for that line under the pecs ... cable flies.
 
I have always done dips leaning forward and got good mass development from it.

Just started doing declines, lower weight and higher reps with a varying grip, and its really tightened up my lower chest (I have some stubborn fatty deposits around my nips).

Yeah, isn't the voodoo aspect of bodybuilding the best?

Honestly, as long as I have enough mana I just cast a spell and I put on mass like I was runnin' eight grams of test.
