Lower cals on pff days -- MRx's articles... Anyone do this?

i'm a strong believer that you should actually consume more cals on days off. the logic is that the body needs repair and should be give all the necessary tools to insure maximum recovery.

i eat 20% more cals on non training days.

it also depends on what kind of training you're talking about.

weights?
cardio?
tennis?

i'm referring to bodybuilding.

you eat more cals u say when u have off days
but you also dont do any excercise on these off days
so you dont need that many cals in my opinion
its up to you if its werking do it im not saying it wont werk
i eat less calories to trick my body into thinking that
it isnt getting as much so when i do workout
it knows that the extra cals have their use im not
into bulking ev everyday as your body is gonna get used
to all that proten and then the body is gonna want more
and more and more protein thats just what i think
take what u need and leave

im referring to bb too...

So just eat around 3000 cals daily?

Thats what i'm gonna do, I think, because it doesnt look like anyone has really had success with the low cals on off days...
