Lower Back Pain, Your thoughts please :)

I'm on week 2 of running 500mg/week Test E, dbol 40mg ED

already up about 4 pounds but I have a pretty intense pain slightly to the left of the bottom of the spine/upper part of my left cheek. I attributed the pain to the injection in my left cheek last Thursday but now that the pain from the origin of the shot has subsided I can tell this pain is separate and a little swollen.

It's entirely possible that I just hit something without realizing it and am now feeling the after effects but I just wanted to see if anyone else had any ideas since I just started and wanted to make sure I'm okay.

Visibly, it looks fine but it's still fairly painful. Thanks

Bump for this post. I am having the same issue. I'm running Beastdrol (20mg/day) and test (500mg/week) and I can barely walk for 30 seconds before I get hit with really intense back pain that makes it hard to even walk. Its also hard doing exercises that put strain on my low back (lunges, squats).

If I'm not mistaken supplementing some Taurine and drinking a ton of water will also help.

thanks for the response, I did a little more reading and I'm going to try the taurine/calcium addition

I'd like to be able to run but I guess that might be out as long as I'm on dbol

You could try doing a bridge for 30 seconds or however long you can hold it. Whenever I have back pain, doing a bridge (where you have your head off the ground) makes me feel 100% better.

Also a day or two after doing squats I do a stretch; I get in a squat position holding onto a beam in front of me, then I try and keep that curve at the bottom of my back to ensure a good squat form, I hold that for 30-40 seconds.

Best of luck, back pain isn't fun!!

It's a back bump you are getting from the Dbol. Honestly, I am not trying to be rude here, but this just shows you did absolutely no research on what you are taking. If you did, I doubt you really tried. How do I know this? Because, while looking up Dbol, in every steroid profile, and pretty much all threads, or pretty much anything written about Dbol, you should have seen that it causes back pumps. I have never seen a Dbol thread without the words back pumps in it. Things like this just get to me.
