ive been on dbol 30mg a day split up through out the day and have a aching lower back anything i can do for this? besides stop the dbol?

You hit it on the head. I was getting the same thing on d-Bol. No joke, I couldn't squat or deadlift and had to adjust my whole workout around back pain. That's why I'm not taking them anymore. I'm curious to see if there is some way to stop this.

gonna try to drink more water see if it helps any

at the gym im very vasculare in my shoulders arms and chest
maybe i need more water so ill try

There is no way to stop this because the pain is actually from the pump your lower back is getting. You gotta take the good with the bad, otherwise, look for another oral. On dbol, even your eyes get pumped, and since you are using your lower back constantly to keep yourself erect, it gets pumped.

You need to shed the water retention with an anti estrogen like armidex. It is the only way you will escape the lower back pain associated with dbol. Trust me I have been through it and it is no fun at all. I can barely walk when it happens to me. I started a cycle 3 weeks ago with dbol. Week 1 I didn't use any armidex and I gained 12 pounds and my lower back hurt like hell already. I started on my armidex over the weekend, and dropped 5 pounds by the tuesday of week 2. My back felt fine. Now I am staying on my armidex and my lower back only starts to fatigue when I go for long walks. If you aren't using an antiestrogen you can try a mild otc diuretic to shed some water. The water makes you look bigger but it doesn't help when it compromises your training routine because your back hurts too bad.

I also do cardio 3 days a week for 30 minutes in the morning while wearing one of those rubber waist wraps. It helps pull a lot of the water out of the lower back and waistline area. It's temporary but if you keep it up it helps.

You can make the pain much less severe if you control the water. I've been through this with many people. I've been to the point where I can't even walk around the gym because of the back pain but after dropping some serious water it can be much easier to deal with.

One of my partners last year couldn't walk but after taking proviron for a week and using some otc drug store diuretics for a couple nights he was fine again. Some people just don't want to see the scale drop 5-7 pounds because they can't deal with it mentally.

Is it only dbol that causes this.....

im in the midst of the third week of my first cycle....my lower back is killing me, my shoulders are tighter than they have ever been...hurts to even reach to put my belt on, and I've pulled something in left thigh. Anytime I pull my heel in towards my body im i have a sharp pain....

I'm not crazy....I've been working out for five years prior to this....nothing like this ever....feel like Im falling apart.

Im on test/deca/winny. Help please.

I'd hazard to say that its the winny. D gives me silly pumps, but they are not overly painful (except for the lower back and nasty shin splints), while Winny makes everything hurt. My joints hurt, my muscles hurt, its painful to take a shower because my arms and shoulders pump up so fast....... painful but effective! :insane:

The lower back pain can be one other thing also. Kidneys. Right now on 75mg/ED of Tren plus other things, and I can hardly stand straight. Kidneys are taking a beating like you wouldn't believe. In the morning, urine is a nice orange, clears up during the day with a ton of water intake. Also stops the lower back pain. But the as the day ends, the pain slowly comes back. It is not just the dbol, it might be kidney pain.

Try training olympic lifting on dbol - you have to pull from the floor and squat almost every workout.

After a while you just move beyond the pain during the lifts and crumble onto a bench between sets. You also say "fuck" a lot more often.
