Got my test back, 7.7mnol/l ref:7.6-31mnol/l.

European numbers it is..

Have one more 6.6mnol/l, shbg:10

I think my Vitamine pills lowers the shbg a bit.

How old are you and whats your training/aas history? Is your bodyfat $ under control?

I believe that many cases of low test are actually side effects of a sub optimally functioning thyroid and is more and more common as we get older. Many people by the time they reach middle age have been nutrient deficient for decades and something has to give. Many of the symptoms of low T are also the same symptoms of hypothyroidism.

If you dont have a history of AAS use which may explain your low T numbers now I would consider a nutritional supplementation plan to give the underfunctioning organs what they need to produce optimal levels of hormones. And then if that fails find a doc who understands low T and get prescribed some test. The hardest part is finding a doctor willing to help at an affordable price.

I have never touched AAS, I'm 35 years old.

Got answer on third test today 8.8nmol/l

Shbg:12 reference here is 10-80.

Psa:0.8

luteinizing hormone lh:5.2

Blood count :160

So highest score is 8.8nmol/l for total testosterone. And reference scale start at 7.6mnol/l, so my results cant be good for my age. :(

Should i aim for Nebido?

Thanks for inputs
