Low GI high calorie drinks

I'm bulking and I need something for inbetween meals to add as many calories as possible. I was thinking about customising a shake mix at proteinfactory.com but dextrin has a GI of 100, and I don't want insulin surges all throughout the day. Is there any low GI, high calorie things I can drink to get me there?
 
My vote is for milk.

I have a friend that blends protein powder with oats and flax in the morning and drinks it during the day. 1000 calories.
 
I already drink skim milk all day long, so I guess I'm on the right track, but that oats and flax sounds like a damn good idea. Thanks!:p

Bro - If you bulking, switch to WHOLE milk... You need the fat from the milk for the extra calories for bulking

Yeah, if you don't mind the saturated fat, whole milk is ok. Or you can just drink more skim milk.
 
You could also eat shit like balance bars or something. You can find them on sale pretty cheap if you look around and it's a good 300 cals or so. They're also pretty small so you don't have to be very hungry to choke one down.
