Low Carb Subway....

I saw a commercial that Subway is now offering a low carb wrap (11 net carbs) which has cheese, bacon & what looks like ranch dressing. I could be wrong about the dressing but obviously low carb at Subway does not include low fat, healthy or anything like that..........

Because the Low Carb Wraps are Atkins endorsed. So the only thing that matters is the amount of carbs, not fat or protein.

Subway and Atkins are partners in this new product line.

But you are going to see that at any fast food resturant.

1) It's always better to just prepare your own food (obviously)

2) At least the alternative is marginally better than eating a Value Meal.

Yes, I do agree there. For the general fat ass who just needs to lose weight (95% of America) this will be a welcomed alternative.

For people such as myself with platinum expectations and goals, it's just as bad as pizza and beer.

Couldn't agree with that more!! Other than the nice resturant my parents took me to over the holidays, I haven't eaten out in a month. I haven't had fast food in 2. I'm more determined than a cat in heat
