Low Carb soreness

Have been doing a low carb thing for about 2 weeks now, I notice after I lift i am sore for days afterwards, which is longer than normal. Anyone else notice this?
 
How much carbs are you getting and when? Make sure your getting enough calories too... Post up your diet training an specs, some good bros can get you dialed in
 
Well, don't think its over training. I didn't do much out of the ordinary, just wierd soreness with the lack of carbs. I added a few more carbs, maybe 20 - 30, and it took care of the extra long soreness. I guess it's from depriving your muscles? Thanks
