For some reason low carb diets have gotten a bad rap on this board.
But Frankly, anything That Duchiane advocated gets a VERY high mark in my book.
You MUST go LOW on carbs in order to get into Ketosis and be truly effective at rapidly buring fat. LOW means less than like 40, 30, even 20 G for most people per day.
Done correctly you will lose less lean mass for a given caloric deficit on a keto diet than you will on any other. Period.
Maybe using AS can change that fact, maybe not, I don't know.

Yes, you will have low energy during that latter part of the low-carb part of the week. You must change you training accordingly.
