low carb ain't so hard

mil when gone will increase carb craving so be ready for this. milk or dairy period always helps with carb cravings but are never part of my diet routine. also like the added efa's and cla as it helps with the carb cravings. even when i was on a contest diet low carbs i would eat some almonds to help cut cravings.
 
aha! that must be why I don't get the cravings... aside from craving milk. (this is the part where people should edit this and say I'm "craving cock")

I only do the milk with dinner at this point - 24oz with 1200mg of ALA this eve.

if I can't take it when it is gone, I'll do a day with it, a day without, and see how that goes.
I'm not trying to toture myself, just curious how I can handle this and how it makes me feel.
 
I'd like to send a big "fuck you" to all the low-carb people on this thread, who are passed the inital sick-as-shit feeling. I started bodyops on monday and right now I feel like I've been simultaniously fucked in the ass and kicked in the balls.

On the plus side, I've found I can drop alomst 2% bf per week on zero-carbs (no juice/drugs either btw).

Just felt like sharing. Now, I have salami that must be eaten... :(
