low carb ain't so hard

lol - sk* keeps telling me about DNP. too funny since I'm one of the dipshits that used to run it all the time.
I used to run crystal one day of the week while on fina :)

I'm just not in any hurry and I'm trying out a higher fat diet to see what happens.

yeah - I saw mention of almond milk before - when I was younger my dad was very anti-fat and I ended up trying all kinds of different things, but I sure do love me the milk.
not sure why - some people hate it, some love it - I'm one of the latter.

anyway, I'm not sure when this will start getting tough, but I figure so far it really isn't so bad.

today was a cardio day, so I skipped breakfast and hit a NYC and then ran a little over 3 miles and got really sweaty.
wasn't hungry - that stuff is too good at that.
I need the hunger, I mainly just want the yohimbe and some ffa going.

I actually don't have anything against dnp.
I just don't have a lifestyle now where I could use it without consequences.
like I said, if I had the sort of lifestyle where I could just disappear for 2 weeks, I would do the dnp for a week, sleep the whole time, and then take the next week to recover and drop the bloat.
then I would resurface back into the world and do my thing.

but my current employer is really uptight about me showing up everyday, and I sweat, piss, and have explosive shits enough as it is.

I am actually really curious on your previous cycles, are they a government secret or can you let me in on them? ;) By the way dnp+fina is a very good idea if you can stand the heat ...

if you mean dnp cycles, there were a bunch I guess. a few with powder that were never that bad.
then a bunch with the crystal - the first one of that being the one that nearly killed me b/c I'm a dipshit and didn't ask around first (it was one of the first batches, if not the first).

crystal made me bloat too much and it hit hard and fast.
I was too worthless while on - there was no point doing more than a cap every 24 hours of the crystal, and it just made me miserable - not the heat, but the depression.
I ended up getting around that by dieting all week while on fina, and then Friday night taking a cap at work around 6pm, and then if I went out with friends at all (which I usually avoid even when not on anything), I'd just chug cranberry juice all night, and they would all look at me weird as I sweat a lot.
then I'd sleep in sat morn, and get up and have a box of dunkin donuts munchkins, a 20oz glass of milk, a huge handful of ALA caps, and then go to sleep until that evening, and then I'd have a mcD supersized number 3 with a coke, another huge handful of ala, and then sleep until sunday.
sunday I'd have a large bowl of honey nut cheerios and milk, and a huge handful of ala, and then I'd sleep until the evening.
then I'd go shopping and still be sweating.
I'd have my usual weekday dinner of beef and broccoli and then I'd chill out and go to bed normally.
monday I would still be a bit sweaty and depressed, but it would clear up by tuesday and my lifts all during the week never really suffered.
I did that for awhile and got pretty cut.

actual multiple day cycles of crystal to me are just too much if you have any sort of life.
I had (and still don't really), no life, so I could get away with the above one.
to do anything else, I'd need to be in a situation where I could just disappear for a week or two.
maybe in college if you aren't one of those types that goes to classes.
 
Nah, not dnp ... gear, and also what were your stats before starting? :) By the way, I do freaky stuff when it comes to gear and dnp and slin and shit but I am still a little weary of crystal ...

lol, oh regular cycles.

yeah, I tried all kinds of shit.

it was totally wasted on me - I never got all that big. I was *bigger* for sure, but I'm not all that far off from that size now and I'm natural.
the main thing gear allowed me to do was shed bodyfat easily.
and sex. sex was fun.

I won't do slin, but I tried pgf2a just out of curiosity (it won't kill you, just makes you dump readily and makes me nauseous (sp?) - pgf2a will increase insluin sensitivity though and therefore you need less of it to get the same results - so it has that).

if I was ever doing stuff again, then I'd probably only do short two week cycles of high doses of fina and test. then I'd take 4 to 6 weeks off with lots of clomid, nolva, and hcg.
but I'm not on anything, so I use a lot of ALA and protein.

Who needs ALA and protein when you can have 10g of test per week? Man wake up and smell the dnp, this is the 21st century, we do things the easy way ...
