Low Box Squats

Looks real good. Good speed down and up. try to keep those kness out on one of the reps I see your knees were shaking a little;) . Keep it heavy and keep it growing
 
damn! phammer you are one stronge dude! those are some nice lifts....just the fact that you have such long legs and arms and you got lifts like that...that is really impressive...

That last rep was a toughie man. I almost got stuck at the bottom which I am sure you saw. lol :) I will def try to keep the knees out :)
 
Form looks much better man - nice weights too, but your strong :)


But I think you will get more benefit from 3 reps but more sets to make up the volume. I can see slowing down on the later reps. Doing low rep sets avoids this.

also your rounding your lower as you rock back, keep it tight and arched. There is no need to rock back, just sitback and down, stay tight and then blast up and forward.

I normally do those with a narrow stance, and they are quite a bitch wide!

The side view is easier to see. I noticed rocking on the box, which makes your knees come in, the arch lose tighness, the knees pass the toes which recruits more quad. I'm sure at that weight, you're just thinking about standing up with the damn thing...been there!
 
Very nice!!! good depth and hips back. Your lower body will be nice and sore tomorrow. You also seem like you are pretty tall. What is your height?

I am 6'-4" Loudin. Thanx for the compliment man.
 
Yeah, looking at the difference between the three can be a helpful indicator of hip strength relative to back and hamstring strength...and how much speed is a factor, etc. :)

I can only imagine the stress your lower spine and vertebrate is going through with the constant sitting down and backwards lean you are doing...

don't think I will be trying these... but if they are working for you... keep it up.
