Exactly most of your abs are made in the the kitchen.
A tip is to get 2 dumbells and lean left to right, once you've built muscle in that area you won't have to worry about that spare tire
Radar one issue with using weights is at first it tightens the muscle shrinking the area. Then it builds it expanding it. While its hard to get huge muscles there it freaks out women some times as they tend to really focus on that area. For most people I recomend the stablizing bar. It just tightens the area without building it. In the end it depends on what look they want.
Yea, but won't that just make obliques bigger and just harden up the love handles? I'm always scared to target obligues cuz of that. Probly just my paranoia.
lots of ab work and diet will do the job, heavy weights will make your mid section look bigger,so shy away from that
