love handles

Diet... end of story.

Cardio will deffinetly help the process along, but i know ppl that have gotten ripped from simple diet manipulation.

Calories In < Calories Out = weight loss

And there's no such thing as spot reduction... they'll go when they go... i'm in the process of shrinking mine right now.

some YES will help though... Yohimburn ES.

Any speacial tricks? I'd like to sit on my ass and eat like a pig. Sad thing is I'm not joking, I hate cardio and like to eat. I've talked to a couple guys and a lady at my gym who have droped some weight extremely fast and they all said they just watched what they ate (not full on diet, just ate stuff good for them) and each one said 30 to 45min of cardio a day was the key to there weight loss. One guy is a tall guy who used to lift pretty heavy and he lost 25lbs (was not fat to begin with), the lady had a smooth build with not much fat and now she's shredded (didn't ask about weight, you know "the lady thing"), the other was a heavier guy like 280 and only lost like 10lbs but about but looks like he lost about 30lbs do to him gaining muscle too. So yes it looks like cardio and diet (eat good stuff) is the only key.

Well, you could ask all those experts at the gym for advice and spend a bunch of time on some twist machine that plays on the spot reduction myth.

Or you create a caloric deficit through diet and cardio and lower your overall bodyfat.

I've used that (and other) twist machines until I've about threw up and it does no good. When you think about it love handles have no muscle mass involved, its just fat deposits. Women get fat under there arms and men get it on there sides (love handles). The closest muscle group would be the obliqes and mine are defined yet I still have love handles. So any ways, good diet and cardio is the only way.

liposuction

according to past experiences, those who have benefited from lipo were really happy with the results.. they looked good, ripped, and lean in a short period of time.. but after a few years down the line, the fat came back to their love handles.. and where most people who resolve to lipo is because they're just plain ass lazy! so this time round they wanted to lose the fat again.. but this time thru excersize.. and guess what? they couldn't!!

according to doctors, when u lose fat thru lipo, you're actually messing with your body's reaction to gaining and losing fat.. i don't know the exact science behind it.. but apparently, u have to lose the fat via surgery again!! and the fat which u gained after lipo, would be hard as rock!!

so think twice before going for it.. u might just regret it.. :worried:
