Excellent! I see you have that begginers luck progress running through your veins! Nice work on the progress, definitely!

you're going to do a cycle just because gains get a little harder? when you're 6 foot 180 pounds you probably should not be doing a cycle because when you are done with it gaines will be even harder then before. why not max out naturally first?

Good Advice

Some people are just scared to work...or eat...
I would put you in both groups...
I am in agreement with Lee...

Welcome back!! Why do a cycle now though? Im sure you have alot of room to expand on your natural potential? Impatience perhaps? Ive been there myself, would rather max out natural potential first. But to each his own.

Thanks for the advice fellas! I guess you could say a little impatient, Beast. Maybe I'll save my stuff for when I've hit a wall in my progressions! Thanks Sebass! I'll remember that, motivation!

Know what you mean. I was 105-115 when I started at 14. Couldnt bench the 45lb bar without help. Was all over the place. 9 years later my strength has increased about 9X from where it was in the bench alone. Patience and persistance.

No prob Sebass, I will think about your comments in the weight room and at the dinner table! :D I really do appreciate all the advice because it is so easy to be inpatient in this game. Everyone wants to be huge like the other here, but I have to realize you all didnt do it in a matter of a month! Takes hard work, rest, food ect. I do apprectiate it! Beast, your the man! Thanks fellas, feel free to set me straight any time:smash:

im glad too see you took the advice the right way. i wasnt trying to flame you, i was just giving advice. people on here who are big have worked hard for it, and doing a cycle should be held off for when you are at least a few years into lifting and gains start to get insanely hard to get.
