I’m 52 years old and I’m 240 pounds and five foot nine
I’m doing a lot of power lifting I pretty much stick to bench press and squats on the smith machine
then I’ll do some isolation lifts after that and I’ll do some cardio as well to warm up
dealing with pain in both my elbows and my knees where I have to wrap them up then afterwards I’m having to take aspirin just to sleep any supplements that I can take after training to help

the training pain requires higher protein and add some ostazol with hcgenerate

I'm always gonna recommend n2guard

n2guard has so many great ingredients all in the same formula

bone broth is important, it has good collagen and fats

we love n2guard on here cause it works!

make sure you use fish oil, good for joints and health

i like n2guard here, 7 caps is ideal
