Lost 9lbs in a week with Clenbuterol

I know I was stupid for doing this, but I ran clen at the end of my Sustanon cycle.

I took 40mcg the first day, then added 20mcg a day until i was at 120mcg.

I ran this for a week.

Next weigh in I have i was 9lbs lighter.

I have also been taking anastrozole.

My size looks smaller, but my strength is the same.



What im wondering is - is Clen Catabolic or NOT ?

Because theres so many mixed reports about it.
 
thtas ridiculous mate, you must be happy, anything is catabolic if you are not eating enough protein to sustain muscle

what clen you using?
 
Good stuff Googlepig, So youve lost no strength AT ALL. How many cals a day have you been consuming. How do you feel in the gym on the Clen. I have got some Clen sitting and am keen to try it but I am in my 3rd week of PCT so dont want to do anything that looses me gains
 
Cal intake is about 4000 but keeping it clean (e.g. brown breads, wholewheat pastas etc) Cut out as much fat/simple carbs as possible. Supplementing with Flax seed oil.

Feel like i have more energy in the gym, had the shakes a bit though and my temper has been so vicious.

Have found it hard getting to sleep as i feel so hot. Maybe part of the reason for the moods.

Basically with the diet i upped my protein intake and lowered my carbs/fat intake.

Nope. Its most likely a mixture between water loss and fat loss i reckon.
 
What I like about clen is the fact that you can eat maintenance and above, while still losing weight, err fat. You can still consume AAS calories and shed off some unwanted PC girth. 9lbs in a week is excessive, though I'm curious what your BF% change was compared to the water loss
 
I am also using clen but have been experiencing some cramping in the gym which is taking away from my workouts as it gets painful after a few heavy sets. it gets to the point where I have to actually cut my workout short. any ideas?
