Whats your goal and how long to get there?
U need a VERY strict diet, with a short amount of time u may want to look into CKD, also 30-60min cardio in the morning and 60 min of cardio in the evening. 2-3 hiit sessions a wk if u can take it. If this is a quick weight loss plan u better be ready to lose some muscle.
