Loss weight fast

Hey guys, I've been traveling a lot and for this reason I couldn't keep training; this month I'll be on vacations and I'll be glad if you guys can help with some diet/exercise that helps me to get rid off the overweight, 185lb 16%bf 5'5. Thx
 
Do cardio exercise, best according to Dr. Asa Andrews. Either you should swim and walk a lot or jog a lot to eradicate extra fat from your body. Concentrate more on healthy foods and say no to fast foods. Weight loss is all about Calorie in and calorie out so concentrate on how much do you eat.
 
Whats your goal and how long to get there?

U need a VERY strict diet, with a short amount of time u may want to look into CKD, also 30-60min cardio in the morning and 60 min of cardio in the evening. 2-3 hiit sessions a wk if u can take it. If this is a quick weight loss plan u better be ready to lose some muscle.

Dont forget the #1 fat burner is cold water, and lots of it. (assuming exercise and proper nutrition)
