r u kidding me no aspirate its soooooooo fuckin easy and just saves youwhy not do it....i actually love doing it as i see it as some kind of success like "yes i didnt hit anything, time to fuckin grow"
If you aspirate and get some blood. I know you are meant to pull out, change needle and try a different spot. I suppose it is ok to pump that blood back in with the dose, on re-try?
I was i think all of 204 in that pic, at 5 foot 10 maybe 7-8% fat ( i always over guesstimate my BF% so im sure i was MUCH lower)...
i was 235lbs 2 weeks ago before i started dieting, so im leaner now, no idea how much i weigh, i think i lost about 7 lbs so far, hoping to get to 215 and shredded as opposed to 204 and shredded like the avatar pic.

I also just had my first injection on Monday...i was neryous and shakey. I had to calm myself down to aspirate...it wasnt hard to do it just felt like i wasn't aepirating at all...any of you guys get that feeling where you pull back the plunger yet it gets sucked right back to the original position?

Once again... When you pull back and see a bubble it's not air. IT'S A VACUUM!!! So when you let go of the plunger it will move because the vacuum will pull on it.
Fro, I like to change the needle,( I've only drawn blood twice) cuz everything you do to the tip of that needle dulls it, I've read more than once that the more dull, the more scar tissue.
NY and Cindy... go right on ahead and not aspirate. I've just heard too many horror stories about the gear getting into the bloodstream too fast and knocking people unconscious and getting concussions knocking their heads on the sink and shit... and it's so easy.
