Need to change up a little - due to a variety of aches, pains & tendonitis, I switched from your standard "muscle group" approach to training to MWF full body squat / push / pull schedule, TThu - abs + cardio. been doing this for 2 months. Kinda feel like I need something else - more dynamic type super setting. I'm looking for some suggestions for another full-body schedule, MWF but more of a push/pull supersetting thingy.
Note my use of the term "thingy" -- I'm winging it here & just looking for some suggestions or if there's a website w/ something like this --
e.g.
- clean & press + curls
- standing arnold presses + ?
Can you point me ....? I want the whole thing to be more aerobic-oriented, not concerned about building muscle - more actually want to cut off a general layer of size (muscle & fat).
Currently 16%-ish & 155 lb, 5'7". Think "retired bodybuilder" physique wanting to slim down to "potential figure competitor" physique
