Looking for suggestions: full-body, dynamic type routine

Need to change up a little - due to a variety of aches, pains & tendonitis, I switched from your standard "muscle group" approach to training to MWF full body squat / push / pull schedule, TThu - abs + cardio. been doing this for 2 months. Kinda feel like I need something else - more dynamic type super setting. I'm looking for some suggestions for another full-body schedule, MWF but more of a push/pull supersetting thingy.

Note my use of the term "thingy" -- I'm winging it here & just looking for some suggestions or if there's a website w/ something like this --

e.g.
- clean & press + curls
- standing arnold presses + ?

Can you point me ....? I want the whole thing to be more aerobic-oriented, not concerned about building muscle - more actually want to cut off a general layer of size (muscle & fat).

Currently 16%-ish & 155 lb, 5'7". Think "retired bodybuilder" physique wanting to slim down to "potential figure competitor" physique :)
 
How about something like this.....

Monday

Power Clean and Push Press supersetted w/ Reverse-Grip Chins

ATF Back Squat supersetted w/ Incline D-Bells

**HIIT on treadmill

Tuesday

Spin Class

Wednesday

D-Bell Snatch ss w/ Standing overhead d-bell press

Straight-Leg Deadlift ss/ T-bar Row

Dips

**Swimming

Thursday

off

Friday

Complex (5 power cleans, followed by 5 push presses, followed by 5 front squats)

Flat D-Bell Press ss w/ D-Bell Hammer Curl

Decline Situps

**HIIT on treadmill

Saturday

Spin Class

Sunday

off


Just an off-the-top of my head random idea.....the bar complexes are great cardio
 
Good stuff -- swimming isn't an option and I'm not sure I'd survive spin class but also an option -- have to check the schedule. Between cardio vascular death and sore ass, I'm not a big fan of spin....
