Looking for Fat Loss Supplement Recommendations

I'm fat! I'm around 6'2" and 325lbs. I got this way from giving into temptation and eating like crap with my wife when she got pregnant with our first child and then again with twins 3 years later. Over 4 weeks ago I stopped eating like crap, cut out soda, all carbohydrates from things that were not vegetables and began only eating when I was hungry. I don't have much of an appetite, yet I've been working out 4-5 days a week doing heavy lifting and running about 2 miles (in 25 minutes) 2 days a week. So far I've lost 0 lbs other than the initial 5-10 pounds of water weight when I stopped drinking soda and started drinking 3-5 liters of water per day.

I've gotten back up to squatting 350+ lbs with good form, benching 315, and deadlifting 500+ lbs in the last 4 weeks (muscle memory is great). I feel like my body is hanging onto the fat for dear life.

My diet has been a keto-based diet with carb loading for 1 day every 2 weeks (so far). I'm getting about 2000-2800 calories a day eating when I'm hungry. A typical meal has been:
1 chicken breast
1 cup sautéed mushrooms
15-20 stalks of roasted asparagus with olive oil

or

3-4 eggs
2 pieces of bacon
1 cup of sautéed spinach

or

2 cups of stir fry (cabbage, green peppers, green onions, chicken, little bit of shredded carrots, Sauce [soy sauce, rice vinegar, chicken bullion, tiny bit of corn starch])

I've been snacking on dry roasted almonds, cottage cheese, pickles, beef sticks & cheese, and sunflower seeds.

I have no cravings or really any desire to eat carbs or sugar any more.

I've had to go from notch #1 to #3 on my belt in the last 4 weeks, yet the scale says the same tonight as it did on day 3 of no soda.

In the past when I've done this after recovering from knee surgery, I went from 300 lbs to 270 lbs in about 6 weeks. I feel like something is wrong hormonally or something.

I'd really like to drop some fat fast so I can start doing more than just 4-6 dips per set and start doing pull-ups again. @ 330 lbs, I can't do a single pull-up and after 1 or 2 set of 6 dips, my joints get too sore to try any more.

I've been out of the loop for a while on supplementation and I'm curious what might help me kick start some real fat loss. I've got my blood sugar under control with the low carbs, my calorie intake has been restricted well under what should be my maintenance level, and I've been getting in 4-5 workouts a week. I've done very well with ECA in the past, but 6 months ago or so, I saw a Dr for tendonitis in both wrists and was told I had high blood pressure (140/110 3 months ago). I'm a little weary of taking Ephedrine if my BP is high.

Help?

i would up your cardio more than two days a week. Do HITT cardio 3-4 days a week. Also if clothes are fitting better, you are losing weight, just gaining some muscle too. If you don't see any weight loss in next few weeks, then still something is off.

Definitely hit up the cardio as it'll help shed the weight. After a while, you can probably look into supplementation. Slim FX is great, as is Fat Free by AppNuts. Both can be found on Orbitnutrition.com

Up your cardio like the others have said and make sure your diet is in check. Once you have some more time in and diet is solid check out Oxy Eca by Lecheek. Ups my energy and curves the hell out of my appetite. You can get it off Orbit. It took me over a year to build my cardio and diet before I started trying any supps. I've learned they come last in the equation, Diet, Training, Supps. GL

I too have had the same issues I started really focusing on losing weight a year or so ago and am down over 125 pounds now. Everything you are doing sounds good but definitely do cardio 4-5 times a week even if only for 15-20 mins. I too had the same issue when I first started and again about 2 months ago. My advice is to stay away from the scale for a while so it wont discourage you and measure your loss by the way your clothes fit. When you are doing heavy lifting at the same time just like I am it seems like I go in spurts with losing weight on the scale due to gaining so much muscle. Keep your head up keep doing what you are doing with a little more cardio and stay away from the scale for a month or so. It will work out
