I read through the fat burners sticky, and am trying to figure out what to buy. My bf % is embarrassingly high, and is not budging. My diet is in line (see my link in my journal post below) except for an occasional cheat.

I was going along feeling confident on buying the Thermorexin/CB/Levorex/Glucorell until I read something about Trex being an appetite suppressant. I DO NOT need an appetite suppressant. I am honestly having problems getting to my goal calorie intake NOW, and usually end up anywhere from 100 - 300 short. (I think I'm filling up on all this damn water! LOL )

I lift 6 days a week, and my cardio is meh. If I do cardio after my workout (as recommended) I can't get more than 6 or 7 minutes on the elliptical, doing intervals. I am doing cardio 3 days a week, and pacifying myself with the fact that I also do a 5 minute warm up before my workout. LOL.

On that note, a friend is giving me some ACCESS Fat Conversion bars that are supposed to increase endurance by 'enhansing fat-stores utilization'. Is this a load of crap, or is it possible this really works?

Why don't you skip the T-TRex, and stick with the CB/Lev/Gluc R?

Congrats on your pregnancy! I had so much fun being pregnant! I"m excited for you!

As for Tres... I have no problem skipping it, but will I be sacrificing a lot of progress? ie: will it significantly slow down my fat burning? I guess myquestion is: Is it essential to a good fat burning regimine?

Diet and a good training routine are essential to fat burning. Supplements are just icing.

if you think the TRex is not for you, skip it and try the others. You can always add TRex later if you feel you would benefit further from it.
