Brand spankin newbie here!! fIrst I wanted to say that the post for newbies that was on the board a few days ago was great and probably answered 80% of my questions, but raised some new ones. Those are obviously some good tips for lessining the pain of shots, are they really that painful? Why the suggestions to stear clear of cardio? is it just because you want to save the calories for mass building or is there something else? What is the biggest contributing factor to losing gains after stopping a cycle? The best way to keep them? Most importantly....I've been wrestling with using or not for about a year now. The truth of the matter is, I really don't want to be HUGE! Im just sick and tired of being small. I'm sure there are some bros out there that have used and gone naturally, and I just want to know when should I say "alright, this is as far as my puny genetics are gonna take me"? Right now I'm 5'10" 135 lbs, I'd really like to be around 170. Is that reasonable naturally? One more thing, eating enough food is tough sometimes, did I read something about an appetite enhancer on this board?
Thanks alot

At 135 what you need is food not gear. Try counting the calories, fat, protein, and carbs in everything you eat for the next 3 days. This should give you a good idea of how many cals you are getting a day and you can make the necessary changes. 170 should be attainable naturally, start with food, especially protein, and use some creatine.

At your current height and weight, I would think you could easily attain 170 lbs naturally. After you have figured out your daily caloric intake, if you increase it by a minimum of 500 calories/day you should be able to gain about 1 lb each week. I know it doesn't sound like alot, but a slow, even, controlled weight gain will give your body a solid, natural foundation from which to build upon later.

Continue to eat, excersize and grow naturally then when the day comes when you really do reach your body's genetic limit......then you can consider AS.

thanks

Kinda what I figured. Any other OTC supplements to suggest? what about this pre-hormone stuff I've read a little about is it OTC?

Just stick with lots of food, rest, and training and forget about the prohormones. They tend to give you ALL of the bad side effects of juice and very little of the benefits.
