# Meal
1 Middle of night: 40g Whey Isolate and 40g Casein.

2 40g of oatmeal, 10 egg whites, 40g Whey Isolate and 40g Casein.

Sleep for 1 hour

3 Pre-workout: 40g Whey Isolate and 40g Casein.

Workout: 1 hour weight training and 1 hour cardio.

4 Post-workout: 160g Virtargo (carbs), 110g Whey Isolate, Creatine & L-Glutamine.

5 Chicken breast and veggies.

6 40g Whey Isolate and 40g Casein.

7 Chicken breast and veggies.

8 40g Whey Isolate and 40g Casein.

9 Chicken breast and veggies.

Workout 2: 1 hour weight training and 1 hour cardio.

10 Post-workout: 160g Virtargo (carbs), 110g Whey Isolate, Creatine & L-Glutamine.

11 300 to 400g red meat and veggies.

12 Before sleep: 80g Casein.
