starting getting serious with the 5*5 about two months ago.
cause yeah my strength was way crushed...so just now getting it back.
bp/dl numbers are on the rebound (5*5 255/315 aprox)
but the sq numbers are not even close to what they used to be
(all i got is smith machine for squats)
