For those of you who have asked me for a pic of the wheels, here you go. They are finally pic worthy. Take into account that this was after a workout and all pumped up on NO3 Overload. But they are getting better and better. Thanks to Swole his routine put me over the top.

Hey bro, like I said when I first started talking to you about your routine, my wheels were not bad. They were good size to begin with, but that inside tear drop and all that outside width was following your advice. So yea you deserve alot of the credit, cause without you I would still be stuck with big unshapely thighs. Thanks bro, your advice was GOLDEN for me.

Guys seriously its Swole's workout I PM'd him and he set me up. I would never take credit for sumthing that I did not come up with on my own. I will say this it's not complicated just ass busting reps and pace. The wieghts I used would suprise you, but the amount of reps I did would too. I never went over 315 but the reps were never less than 20 per set either. Not many diffrent exercises. Just basics with high reps. Keep you a barf bucket close by unless you like squatting in a puddle of puke. It is too the xtreme fellas.

The Workout My Version:
Squats:
1x40 135lbs
2x40 225 lbs
2x30 315 lbs
Squats are all ass to grass, no parallel Bullshit.

Leg Extensions:
6 sets 30 to 40 reps: Choose your weights I usually started around 150 on the stack, went up to round 200 and ended up back around 150lbs. Do not lock out at the top or bottom of the movement, keep your legs under constant stress.

I alternated Hack Squats and Leg Presses week to week:
Leg Presses were 5 to 6 sets of 30 reps: I would go moderate weight on these(whatever that is for you) I used around 500 to 600 pounds. Hacks were the same not near that much weight usually 3 plates per side for 5 to 6 sets of 30 reps.

And thats it Bruthas. Thats what I done. I also forgott to add that I done this once a week one week and twice a week the next and so on. Hope you like it. Also I did not start at those weights work up to those loads after you are use to the amount of reps. Good Luck. Post Pics if you dare take this on my niggas.
