I don't know anything about weight plates commonly used in Sweden , but these Plates would have to be made out of plutonium for this to be 425lb...

first vid could be close to 400 "if" those plates are the real deal. Second vid, no way that's 600 pounds.....even if those plates are real. I heard there's "alot" of vids going around youtube and myspace with bunk weights being lifted to look impressive...........myspace is becoming like the new portfolio..........so people want to impress.

If those are real plates then both numbers are accurate.

The dead has 1x45, 3x35, and 4x25 lbs on each side + a 45lb bar.

Wasn't bending enough to make me think it was 600 though. Bars bend pretty far with that much weight, plus it didn't sound solid enough when it hit the deck.
