I spent most of the evening at the Vets with a sick dog so I was in no mood to get sick as a dog. We had a tipple of some toffee liqueur. I can't recommend it. I kept waking up to burp toffee flavour.

it was breaded and fried, just like chicken nuggets. I think it was a dark meat, couldnt really tell, cause I dipped it in the sauce and ate it, so I dont have to think about what it is.

I tried a resturant (supposed to be cajun) in Nebraska... NOT the same at all. Had Boiled Crawfish in resturant in South Carolina and it was the same thing, just not prepared the way im accustomed to having it here.

yeah, it can never be prepared the same way as it is in Louisiana, just the same as all italian food in the restoraunts is not the same as the real thing. The meat had a really good taste to it and I thought its chewy like that because its wild animal

sorta like conch, ive had some real chewy conch that was teh suck, but if its marinated right its really good
